Many of my clients are quite self-aware, though they've realized that insight alone isn't always enough to break deeply ingrained patterns.

Examples might include recurring relationship dynamics, cycles of burnout, difficulty receiving support, overworking, emotional avoidance, etc.

Therapy, coaching, retreats, plant medicine, etc.

My work requires both emotional and financial commitment. Current investment options range from $1,600–$3,500, depending on the depth of engagement.

Example: weekday lunch hours, Friday afternoons, evenings, etc. This helps me determine whether our schedules would realistically align.
